...where the nitpicker complains that now about every Change-Id prefix (I123) in commit messages erroneously links to a low-numbered apache issue. Can we remove uppercase I from there? (And also add a mandatory # into the pattern? Traditionally at OOo those issue IDs have been denoted as #iNNNN#, and LO's revised scheme would recommend i#NNNN.)
