The longrunning tests are the likely unoapi tests. The OOoRunner is build here:

and the tests that are run by one instance are listed in:
MODULE/qa/unoapi/MODULE.sce
so splitting one slow *.sce into multiple ones should help here.
yes. note that the log files for the unoapi / qadevOOo tests contain
start/end time stamps so it should be easy to see which of them takes
the longest time and could be split up.
