Indeed. Menu Data / DatPilot seems like a much better way to do it; it
creates a link so that the data can be refreshed from source.

Or press "F4", then drag'n drop it to your sheet. This seems to make a
copy.

What's best to do about this?  Think about it and make a proposal?

If someone wants to do a direct CSV / TSV / dBase export directly from
Base, yeah, that would be practical for users.

Maybe the export code could export to an arbitrary sdbc URL?
