[Patch] Bug 51716 - enlarge and reduce font size shortcut CTRL +] and CTRL + [ not working

Hi
the bug is missing shortcut  for enlarge and reduce font size on impress and draw
which is   CTRL + [   and CTRL + ]

i have solve it by adding the shortcuts to it from Accelerators.xcu file
