[GERRIT] moz build fixed on Ubuntu -- was Re: --disable mozilla necessary for Ubuntu

Hi Michael,

well i first turned off mozilla build by default (--enable-mozilla turn 
it on now),
and then fixed the build error on Ubuntu:
