[PATCH] Convert SV_DECL_PTRARR_DEL of Sw*Fmts to std vector

Hi

This patch converts the various Sw*Fmts classes from using 
SV_DECL_PTRARR macros to the STL collection classes.

They all pass a full make check (and I compile with --enable-dbgutil)

This patch is pretty big because I had to convert a bunch of types at 
once, since some code wanted to be generic
and operate over all of them.
