Any extra/additional handling required for tables inside
frames in relation to the trailing paragraph that comes preentered into
a frame ?
If I understand correctly, that's not really a problem: if the header
has too much content and does not fit into the frame, it simply gets cut
down at the end, and the empty paragraph being cut down is not annoying.
