[PATCH] Fix arguments to Rectangle constructor in GtkSalSystem::GetDisplayScreenPosSizePixel()

Hello, This patch fixes at least fdo#46469, and maybe also (looking like duplicates) fdo#48168 and fdo#48321. The bug was because width & height were passed instead of right & bottom arguments. (The bug affects 3.5.x and current master). Regards, Ruslan
