Sorry, that's misleading on Windows. On that platform, the plain 'make'
generates the MSI you can just install.
Ah - and that MSI is cleverly hidden in some deep directory tree ;-)

Windows build and print something more helpful / hide the dev-install
thing would be great BTW ].
