Hi
This patch series converts SV_*_PTRARR usage in the xmloff module.
Depending on the usage, std::vector, boost::ptr_vector, or
boost::ptr_set was used.
It passed "make xmloff.subsequentcheck" and most of "make
subsequentcheck" (the rest is failing because there is a glitch with
current master running some tests on Ubuntu).
thanks a lot, pushed to master.
at first i wanted to complain about the classes derived from containers,
but unfortunately they're necessary because that stupid language we're
using doesn't allow to forward declare a typedef.
