It's kind of catch-22.

I develop on Windows, but I do my LibreOffice work on Ubuntu runninginside a VMWare image, simply because the Windows build was almostpermanently broken.The LibreOffice Windows build seems to be more stable these days, butnow I'm too lazy to change :-)
