Hi,

Help pack Windows installer did not find install location of
LibreOffice, it always wanted to install the help pack into the
default location.

This commit fixes it:

If you wonder whether the removed call
installer::windows::patch::update_patch_tables() did any good, please
be assured that it didn't. I removed the whole patch.pm module in a
subsequent commit. It was a relict from the times when install
location was stored under a different registry key (well before
LibreOffice).

Please cherry pick to libreoffice-3-5 branch.
