Hi there,
the cairocanvas was slightly inconsistent in it's use of the alpha
channel, when copying from a vcl bitmap.
Cosmetic change to use GetIndex() instead of GetBlue() (same
component), and use 255 aka opaque if no alpha bitmap access
available.
Cherry-pick into -3-5 appreciated.
