Yes it is/coming patches will be.
Bug 45671 is the metabug for a lot of colour buttons that are to be
transformed to split buttons or sticky buttons.
I already transformed some, but was not content with the code. Now I have a
simple solution and I am transforming all buttons one by one, cleaning up
code (if applicable) each time.
