building master fails on nlpsolver

Hi,

When building the master (Ubuntu 11.10, x86_64), it fails and says that
the problem is inside nlpsolver. If I try to build nlpsolver by
make nlpsolver
I get the following error messages :

It seems there is a problem with the sdf file.
Note I build with option --with-lang="en-US fr" in autogen.sh
