Thanks for the report.  I think the culprit was this [found in
update-opengrok.log]:

Pulling core
error: Unable to append
to .git/logs/refs/remotes/origin/feature/android: Permission denied
From git://anongit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core
 ! fd26850..0caced5  feature/android -> origin/feature/android  (unable
to update local ref)
   b979d1b..01cb770  libreoffice-3-5 -> origin/libreoffice-3-5
   2a3e2bb..74c5c3b  master     -> origin/master

.git/logs/refs/remotes/origin/feature/android was accidentally owned by
root; fixed that.

All should be fine after the next update run; please report back if not.
