As compiling --with-mozilla-build on msvc/cygwin, it also needs msvc
2005 runtime library in 'instsetoo_native'.
But a check in configure.in might be incorrect, so patch attached &
review appreciated. :-)
this would be a run-time issue, so the test is not 'build_os' =
"cygwin" but $_os = "WINNT"
If this patch is pushed, the voreppe tinderbox also needs some love
:-) it will require these msvc80* library as well.
