Hello all, I've attached a patch to fix msvc build. Currently it has problem in postgresql with ldap.h not found. So, I add an include directory in which I found the ldap.h in my environment. It now builds passed the postgresql module successfully, but still building at tail_build ... Anyway, a review is appreciated. :-) And to my curiosity, I wonder why the tinderbox Win-x86_6-fast, which build on branch -3-5, can build it successfully, but master branch cannot. Any ideas?
