Hi,

Could a LibreOffice/Windows developer please take a look at
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45058 ?

I think I ruled out any missing / not found DLL problem (see bug
log). I'm rather unfamiliar with Microsoft Windows, so I'm not sure
what to do next as debugging step.
