OK, figured out from this is coming (tools -> options -> writer ->
general
-> measurement unit). The problem is that the text is always in English
(cm,
inches...), not using translations available.

I guess it's somewhere in SwFmtFrmSize::GetPresentation
(sw/source/ui/utlui/attrdesc.cxx line 364) and
SvxULSpaceItem::GetPresentation (editeng/source/items/frmitems.cxx line
920). Probably related to GetSvxString in both of them.

I've just fixed is in master and in libreoffice-3-5.
