Hello everybody, Grande Latte is a small and standalone Windows application that allows you to modify the LibreOffice installer to select what UI languages are installed during a default installation. https://github.com/downloads/jcorrius/grande_latte/grande_latte.zip Please take into account that as it physically modifies the file it will invalidate the signature if the MSI is signed.
