Just some rethinking of ANT detection. If the ant home is provided by command
line, we should use it.
We try to retrieve ANT_HOME only if we found nothing and if it's windows os.

This patch replaces the former one.

PS : I noticed that each time at one moment the compilation (Windows
compilation) seems to hang (whereas CPU is low).
