Pushed now. Looks good.
I cut down the changes to the .sfd to the bits that seem to be
necessary. Looks like fontforge makes a good few extra cosmetic changes
when "just editing", so wanted to keep the diff simple.
I bumped the font version as well for the addition of extra symbols,
something which is really tricky to do *in* fontforge itself for some
reason, so did it manually to the .sfd.
