Just noticed that my autogen.sh also outputs a warning about extension
integration :

./autogen.sh 'CC=ccache gcc-4.0' 'CXX=ccache g++-4.0' --with-max-jobs=4
--with-num-cpus=2 --with-distro="LibreOfficeMacOSX"
--disable-build-mozilla --disable-mozilla
running ./configure with 'CC=ccache gcc-4.0' 'CXX=ccache g++-4.0'
'--with-max-jobs=4' '--with-num-cpus=2' '--with-vendor=The Document
Foundation' '--enable-epm' '--enable-binfilter'
'--with-java-target-version=1.5' '--disable-online-update'
'--enable-ext-presenter-minimizer' '--enable-ext-presenter-console'
'--enable-ext-pdfimport' '--enable-ext-wiki-publisher'
'--enable-ext-report-builder' '--enable-ext-scripting-beanshell'
'--enable-ext-scripting-javascript' '--enable-ext-nlpsolver'
'--with-extension-integration' '--disable-build-mozilla' '--disable-mozilla'

configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --with-extension-integration

Is this no longer valid in the --with-distro switch ?
