The icons are part of the issue 39430 - there is a bug property called
"URL" which refers to the TDF wiki. The link is:

Since we talk about the icons: it would be great if you could exchange
all the icons, since the "unsaved changes icon" seems to either be wrong
or be wrongly scaled at the moment.

Currently the contact in the bug (Paulo) is temporarily offline due to
his studies - so feel free to contact me or anybody in the Design team.
The best way to do that is to ping the Design Team is the mailing list
libreoffice-ux-advise (no subscription required). More information at
[1]. Otherwise, I've CCed myself on that issue.
