Probably not really, though triggered by it. The old i18npool libs from
a previous build when it was dmake-based are probably there as well as
the new ones which are gbuild-based.
Yep, there were old libs, hopefully Micheal fixed this with:

Don't know if I can give the right one-liner to remove just the
i18npool/unxlng* dirs and the delivered old libs in solver/somewhere
from i18npool. so make clean beckons.
