They knew before the release date their product was broken and they still
shipped it. Unbelievable.
We do the same - checkout the release notes, and 'most annoying' bugs
list[1] :-) [ help fixing them much appreciated ] but on the other hand
we can re-spin our release rather more quickly ;-) so I'd hope that we
would fix this sort of thing.
Instead of taking steps to enable the use of Java 7, we may want to actively
discourage it for now.
Sounds reasonable.
