I took a stab at this, the "Excel LCID removed" part may indeed be superfluous, need to step through some more cases to verify/deny. Anyway, already the code in SvNumberformat::ImpNextSymbol() fiddling around with the input string for Thai calendar/digits at that place is totally broken. I'll come up with some solution.
