[Libreoffice] [PATCH] French dictionaries update: 3.8 to 4.2.1

Hello all,

Here is a patch to update the French dictionaries: 3.8 > 4.2.1.

I’m sorry, this is heavy one: 10 Mb.

Two reasons for such a huge patch:

1. This is major update for the spelling dictionary, as it now contains POS
tags and morphological fields for 99 % of entries. The dictionary also uses
the Hunspell alias compression for flags and morphological fields. So almost
all lines of the dictionary and the affixes file have changed (files
“fr.dic” and “fr.aff”). 

2. The thesaurus (file “thes fr.dat”) is now sorted naturally since the
database storage has switched from whatever encoding to UTF-8. No major
changes, just another order.

My first patch with git and LibreOffice. Sorry if I did something wrong.
Next ones will be far smaller.
