[Libreoffice] [REVIEW] Limit number of exported page breaks to 1026 for xls binary

Hi there, I'd like to have the following commit http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/calc/commit/?id=6e1ff6d24f0c93af145a73b27918fe49b1960b71 cherry-picked to the -3-4 branch. Excel only supports up to 1026 page breaks per sheet, and the above commit enforces that during export to xls. It's a very simple change with a very limited scope. Review & sign-off appreciated.
