Interesting, for some reason I do not get these errors at all with
gcc-4.5.3 (tried 'make -sr dbglevel=2' and without dbglevel). I pushed a
fix based on the error log, but in case you have an idea how could I get
there errors locally, that would be great.

Uhm, removing '-std=c++0x' helps - maybe it it would make sense to add a
switch that disables its addition to help developers noticing tinderbox
errors before pushing?
