being new to the list, is there a specific topic for new development ideas?

The list is for developers, and people discussing code.

There are far more good ideas for development than there are people to
work on them, and their discussion best belongs elsewhere, the
tdf-discuss list perhaps.

Then again - if you are a developer, and you are missing some ideas -
then its great to ask here; and/or I'd try to get an easy hack or two
completed first[1] - then people will be more inclined to help out with
code pointers and advice for more complex tasks.

        Does that make sense ?

        All the best,

                Michael.
