This bug is a regression from OOo that means no file exported as ppt format can
be opened by a MS Office product that has up to date patches.

It has been around since December and affects every version ever made of
LibreOffice, but does not affect any version of OpenOffice as far as I am
aware, and I have installed all the betas and several nightlies as well as
releases.

The bug has clear and defined test cases, and it should be relatively simple to
find where the regression occurred, because it happened very early on and only
affects a fairly specific part of LibreOffice.
