Yes I did indeed....
And Xcode is 3.2.4 and SDK 10.4 is installed
My MacPro 2x2.66Ghz Quad-core "Nehalem", 6GB RAM 
Mac OS X 10.6.6 , ... all standard from Apple

Where do we go from here?

Either don't use --enable-ccache-skip, or update ccache to >=3.1 -
but see below
