Um - of course I'm not without bias here - but the intelligent group
work is

 * only avaible in Impress
 * does not help at all for importing ooxml
 * apparently abandoned ... ;)

Hehe, I tried to answer Kami's question with regard to "any related
documentation, design draft, goal etc". Whether it is abandoned or
not :-) So to say, I'm less biased and even code-neutral ...
