I imagine, from this and opengrok, that you configured with
"--enable-ext-presenter-ui" and that whole thing looks to be
removed/unimplemented. It suggests that --enable-ext-presenter-ui should
be removed from configure.in/set_soenv.in, and the corresponding bits in
slideshow/source/engine, sd/source/ui/slideshow etc all get removed,
etc.
