Not suspicious at alll.
When mail from the list to your account cannot be delivered, the
corresponding server will send a mail back to the sender address
libreoffice-bounces+libreoffice=bielefeldundbuss.de@lists.freedesktop.org
The list manager at "lists.freedesktop.org" then knows that a mail
from the "libreoffice" list did "bounce" while trying to send the mail
to you "ibreoffice@bielefeldundbuss.de"
It will then send a probe/warning message, and if that is rejected as
well, send a last probe, and if that bounces you'll be unsubscribed.
