Hi,

fold utility from coreutils is not as sophisticated as I assumed. I
used it for line wrapping of readme text but unfortunately it counts
bytes not characters, so it is not suitable for CJK, Cyrillic, Arabic
etc. scripts.

BTW why don't we use HTML format for the readme?
