You can always "install" them by hand... Just unzip the extension you
want to some dir under install/share/extensions. E.g.,
unzip -d install/share/extensions/pdfimport solver/330/*/bin/pdfimport.oxt
It seems that bundled extensions have not been build : pdfimport.oxt
does not exist. Even after having done
./autogen.sh --with-extension-integration
as suggested by Coalan
