If you turn tracking on for a odt file and then password it to lock the
file.
While you can't accept or reject changes from the main menu. You can still
right click and accept or reject changes in the file itself.
I think this was an oversight in the coding as the right click functions
should be gone when a file is locked or at least grayed out.
