Greetings,
After building automake-1.11.1 following the macosx dependencies page, I'm seeing warnings about
AC_LANG_CONFTEST (below) when I run autogen. From various threads, it seems to be an issue
introduced with the 1.11.1 release of automake. I wonder if anyone else has seen this and/or has
advice?
I've seen this on other platforms too. and just ignored it so far, as
it does not seems to have lasting consequences.
on the other you should not be picking up 1.11 on mac. remove
/usr/local/bin from your PATH when you build, that will avoid you
picking up accidentally some macport/flint stuff
