[Libreoffice] FR .deb RC3 pack has no LibO localization applied.

Hi,

The FR RC3 .deb version doesn't contain the specific LibO localization.

The rest of the menu are in French and the help is ok too.

Could you have a look at it? I've post on the l10n list to ask feedback

from the other languages, but didn't get it yet, so I open the bug only

for French at the moment. When I'll be able to download other lang

packs, I'll test them.
