[Libreoffice] [PATCH] install oo* wrappers only with --with-compat-oowrappers configure option

Hi Rene,

you did not want the oo* compat-wrappers for Debian. The attached patch
makes it optional and they are not installed by default.

Could you please review it for the libreoffice-3-3 branch?
