Hi,

https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=32427

Can anybody confirm this, please?

I can't confirm this because my build for some reason still launches the
old help (both 3.3 and master). But, this may have something to do with
the change I introduced in the logic of launching external apps, which
in the case of opening a web page, causes the soffice process to block
until the browser process fully comes alive.

For the most part firefox launches very quickly, so this is not an
issue. But if someone is on a slow system where the browser takes a
long time to launch, in theory this may block the LibreOffice process
for a few seconds or more.

If yes, I'd nominate it as a blocker;
hopefully easy to fix :-)

If my above assumption is right, then this should be an easy fix. I
can't remember which code I modified, but I'll get back to you when I
find out where the code is.
