Actually, specification of what the expected behavior would be in this
and similar cases proved to be much more complex than the code itself,
when addressing this issue in OpenOffice.org! So I'd recommend linking
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Calc/Drafts/Issue_33851 if you
are going to put this as a "Easy hack": the page has some valuable
material that applies to this case too.
