Done. Fixed this up and at least for me now exit on windows is
crash-free, backported from master to 3-3 as well.

I cherry picked the quickstarter patch, and multi-migration fixes too
to libreoffice-3-3 - since no-one complained about them on master yet.
I guess it's just up to Kendy for RC1, and I need to prod at NSIS
(somehow).
