Looks ok to me, no functionality changes as far as I can see, so even
though I'm not under windows I pushed this. Thanks for this.
BTW, the installer is pig slow, if you're able to e.g. profile it to
determine what's the slowest step and/or speed it up a little that'd be
much appreciated I bet.
