I saw warnings about bHighContrast not used in 2 parts of this file,
but
i don't know if the whole lines can be removed.
The variable can obviously be removed but does the rest of line
initialize something ? I can't find information about this.
It seems to be close to the removal of various references of hicontranst
theme in the code by JoeP (see the mails with subject 'Icon/Image
cleanup'). Can you check that, and come up with a patch to remove these
if in line with Joseph's changes? ;-)
