Currently the deprecated binfilter are build by default as the inner

Why, because its slow to build the binfilter ?
No, because I was annoyed that the inner configure in /rawbuild did not
honor any settings in distro_configs and I did not expect that.
Also because binfilter annoys me and other developers on IRC prefered it
disabled by default too :). But yes, having a quicker compile by
ommiting non-essential features by default sounds worthwile to me.
If you want to keep it, I'll have to live with that. I'll cope. :)
