I merged them all, except for Cleanup-5. because it was doing clean-up
on lib-external, and I'm not sure it's a good idea to mess with
upstream code in our repos.
I've did a build and run test on my Mac with no errors; can someone verify that I didn't break
anything on the other OSs.
I've built it on Linux: no apparent breakage.
